Organization Settings
Your organization's settings page is where you manage basic information and view usage statistics.
Settings you can change
Organization Name — The name of your municipality as it appears in MuniMins. This is what users see when they log in.
State — The state where your municipality is located. Used for regulatory and regional organization.
What you can view
Plan & Usage — Your current plan, how many meetings you've used this month, and how many you have remaining.
Seats — How many user accounts you have and how many are available under your plan.
Data Retention — How long MuniMins stores your minutes and recordings based on your plan.
Billing
The owner can access billing information from the Billing settings page. See Managing Your Subscription.
