What It Does
The MuniMins Recorder App lets you record board meetings directly from a phone or tablet. Record the meeting, upload it straight to MuniMins, and start processing — all from your device.
Recording
- Open the app and select your board and meeting date.
- Tap Record and place your phone in the center of the meeting table.
- The app records in high quality and saves automatically.
- Tap Stop when the meeting ends.
Uploading
- In the app, select the recording you just made.
- Choose your detail level.
- Tap Upload & Process.
- Your recording goes straight into the processing queue.
No Computer Needed
The Recorder App is designed for easy, simple recording without needing a separate device, microphone, or computer setup. Perfect for town clerks and recording secretaries.
