Depending on who is joining, the process to join MuniMins is slightly different.
If your municipality does not have a MuniMins organization, you can create one online. As long as there are not already three other members of your municipality using MuniMins, a new organization will be created. If there are already three or more individuals using MuniMins then your organization creation will be put on hold until your municipality enrolls in a paid plan.
If your municipality does have a MuniMins organization, your sign up will be submitted as an access request to the Organization Owner. The Owner is responsible for approving new accounts and granting access to MuniMins.
