Not everyone needs the same level of access. MuniMins has three roles:
Organization Owner — The person who created the organization. Can manage team members, handle billing, and configure organization settings. There's one Owner per organization.
Organization Admin — Can do everything the Owner can except manage billing. Good for a deputy clerk or assistant town administrator who helps manage minutes across boards. Available on the Complete plan only.
Member — Can upload recordings, view and edit minutes, and work with boards. The right level for most people who just need to use the platform. Members can be limited to specific boards.
Recorder - can use the MuniMins Recorder Mobile app only. No access to the web platform or minutes. Recorders can be limited to specific boards.
The owner can change anyone's role from the Team settings page.
