Board-Level Permissions
Municipalities can restrict which boards Member and Recorder users can access . This lets you open MuniMins to more people across your municipality without everyone seeing everything.
How it works
By default on Complete, all users can see all boards (same as Standard). The Owner or an Admin can then restrict individual users to specific boards. A restricted user only sees the boards they've been granted access to — their sidebar, minutes list, and processing queue only show content from those boards.
Example
Your municipality has 12 boards on MuniMins. You want the Planning Board recording secretary to upload recordings and review minutes for Planning Board only — not Select Board, not School Committee. Set their access to Planning Board, and that's all they'll see.
Who is never restricted
Owners and Admins always see all boards. Board-level permissions apply to the Member role only.
How to set permissions
Go to Team settings, click the user's name, and toggle board access. By default, members see all boards. Switch to "Board-Specific Access" and select the boards they should see.
