The Processing Queue
After you upload a recording, it goes into the Processing Queue. Click Processing Queue in the sidebar to see the status of all uploads.
Status stages
- Pending — Your recording is in line and waiting to start.
- Processing — MuniMins is actively working on it — transcribing, identifying speakers, extracting motions, and generating minutes.
- Completed — Minutes are ready. A "View Minutes" button will appear.
- Failed — Something went wrong. See My Recording Failed to Process for common causes and fixes.
You don't need to keep the page open. Processing happens in the background. You can close MuniMins entirely and come back later — your minutes will be waiting in All Minutes when processing completes.
Processing time. Depends on the length of the recording. A typical two-hour meeting processes in a few minutes. Longer meetings or recordings with poor audio quality may take longer.
Multiple uploads. You can upload several recordings at once. They'll queue up and process in order.
