Setting Up Zoom Integration
Before You Connect
You'll need:
- A Zoom account with owner or admin privileges
- Permission to authorize third-party apps to access Zoom
- Cloud recordings enabled on your Zoom account
Connection Process
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoom.
- Click "Connect Zoom Account."
- You'll be taken to Zoom's authorization page.
- Log in with your Zoom account (if not already logged in).
- Review the permissions MuniMins is requesting (access to cloud recordings only).
- Click "Authorize."
- You'll be returned to MuniMins, and the connection is active.
Using Connected Zoom
When you upload a new minutes:
- Select "Zoom Meeting" as the source (instead of "File" or "URL").
- Select the board and meeting details.
- MuniMins shows a list of your recent Zoom recordings.
- Select the right recording and click "Upload & Process."
That's it — no file download, no upload dialog. MuniMins handles the rest.
Reconnecting
If your Zoom connection expires or stops working, reconnect by going to Settings → Integrations and clicking "Reconnect Zoom Account."
Disconnecting
To disconnect, click "Disconnect Zoom" from the Integrations page. MuniMins will no longer access your Zoom account.
