The Minutes View Page
After processing completes, open your minutes from All Minutes or the Processing Queue. The view page is where you review, edit, identify speakers, and manage your minutes.
What you'll see
The minutes body — Formal minutes text in the main area. Motions are displayed in bold with mover, seconder, and vote count. The text uses line breaks between sections for readability.
The transcript — Below the minutes, the full transcript with color-coded speaker labels. Each speaker gets a unique color. Click any speaker label to assign or change the speaker's name.
The speaker legend — A color-coded reference showing all detected speakers and their current assignment (name or "unidentified").
Meeting info — Board name, meeting date and time, detail level, and current status (draft, reviewed, approved, published). The meeting title and date are editable — click directly on the title at the top of the page to change it. The edit is inline, so there's no separate form or button — just click, type, and save.
