Zoom Integration

If your municipality records meetings in Zoom, you can connect MuniMins to your Zoom account to automatically process recordings without uploading files.

What Zoom integration does

Once connected, MuniMins can access your Zoom recordings, match them to meetings, and start processing automatically. No more downloading files and uploading them — MuniMins finds the recording and gets to work.

How to set it up

Go to Settings → Integrations and click "Connect Zoom Account." Follow the Zoom authentication flow. After connecting, you'll authorize MuniMins to access your cloud recordings.

After connecting

When you upload a new minutes and specify a Zoom meeting, MuniMins automatically pulls the recording. No file upload needed.

Plan requirement

Zoom integration is available on the MuniMins plan.

Privacy

MuniMins only accesses Zoom cloud recordings. We don't store your Zoom login or access your camera settings, chats, or any other features.
